Controversy and Melodrama

I'm always looking for ways to get more hits for this blog, thinking about ways to get more hits for this blog, researching ways to get more hits for this blog...some might say that I'm a little obsessive. They might be right.

One observation I've made about getting more hits is that posting more frequently, especially around Noon, 4 pm, and 9pm when traffic seems to spike, maximizes the hits. Another observation is that controversial topics draw more traffic. I've decided I'm not going to use that tactic but it's been well documented here in a post fittingly titled "Controversy and Melodrama".
